A safe space for your emotions I invite you to a space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My work combines a person-centred and integrative approach to support you exactly where you are – at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you. Therapy is not about quick fixes. It’s a journey of self-discovery, healing emotional wounds, and creating inner balance. Who is it for? for anyone going through a difficult time for those feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or burnt out for people struggling with grief, loss or depression for anyone wanting to understand themselves and their emotions better for those seeking inner peace and personal growth for young people and adults You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy – you may simply want to pause and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. How can therapy help? ✔ reducing stress, anxiety and tension ✔ support with grief and loss ✔ improving self-esteem and self-acceptance ✔ processing difficult past experiences ✔ finding meaning, clarity and emotional balance ✔ building healthier relationships with yourself and others What are the sessions like? Each session lasts 50 minutes. We can meet: - in person – in a calm, private space - online – from the comfort of your own home - in nature – through eco-therapy sessions The first session is an initial consultation – we get to know each other, talk about your needs and what you hope to gain from therapy. The following sessions are a process of exploring what truly matters to you and what needs healing. What might the process look like? Session 1: Getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy Sessions 2–4: Exploring emotions, patterns and difficulties Sessions 5–8: Working towards change, healing and building inner resources Sessions 9–10: Reflection, integration and looking ahead You can choose a single session, a short-term programme (e.g. 6 sessions) or longer-term support. What can you gain? - a sense of being accepted and understood - relief from overwhelming emotions - more clarity and inner calm - a kinder relationship with yourself - greater confidence and emotional resilience.
