Due to the nature of counselling and therapy services, which are personal and experiential, refunds are generally not offered after a session or package has been purchased. Refund Eligibility and Conditions

• Booking and Cancellation:
  Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without any charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of the session fee.

• Refund Requests:
  Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to elzbietakardas@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your booking details and reason for the refund request.

• Refund Consideration:
  Refunds may be granted in cases such as:

• Non-refundable Services:
